In the spring of 2022, we began making investments in community by launching our first Care to Repair retreat where we started the long term work of reimagining our relationship to power, examining our roles in redesign and establishing a mandate for rest, and our right to remake the workplace for the generations we will need to serve the mission without martyrdom.
