CCE’s Practitioner Cohort is a leadership program to help emerging leaders gain the confidence and skills it will take to collaboratively build the movement we need to generate antiracist climate policy between now and 2030. Women and BIPOC leaders serve as advisors to cohort participants, providing trauma-informed and conflict-ready skill building and network weaving, among other necessary skills.
